Please read our terms carefully before using our services.

Confirmation

If any booking done before 24 Hours from pickup time it will automatic confirm

If booking done within 24 hours we will provide vehicle otherwise payment refunded in R-money account only. One way bookings are depending on availability. If we have not available our own vehicle we will not provide service

Pick Up & Drop

For One Way booking, Pickup would be done only from the scheduled pickup address and one drop is included. Multiple pickups/drops would be chargeable.

The fare meter starts once the cab driver start from the garage for pickup and ends only when cab reachs the garage after drop off

Cancelation Policy

  • If pickup time is more then 48 Hours 200/- only per booking
  • If pickup time is Between 48 Hours and 24 Hours 25% of Rent.
  • If pickup time is Between 24 Hours and 12 Hours 50% of Rent.
  • If pickup time is Between 12 Hours and 0 Hours 100% of Rent.

Modification Policy

  • If pickup time is more then 48 Hours 200/- only per booking
  • If pickup time is Between 48 Hours and 24 Hours 10% of Rent.
  • If pickup time is Between 24 Hours and 12 Hours 25% of Rent.
  • If pickup time is Between 12 Hours and 6 Hours 50% of Rent.
  • If pickup time Is Between 6 Hours and 1 Hours 75% of Rent.
  • If pickup time is Between 1 Hours and 0 Hours 90% of Rent.

Air Condition

If Temperature increase then 40 Degree AC May be not work Mountain & Forest Area AC will be off Night Charges

Night Charges 20% will applicable for timing 20:00 Το 04:59

Online Payment

A 10% advance payment is required to confirm your cab booking.

Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms do not use this facility.

All payments are subject to the following conditions

Online Payment will be receviled for the the Cab/Taxi/Car Booking through Shree Raipur Cab Service Website or Mobile App.

All Charges quoted are in Indian Rupees. The Shree Raipur Cab Service reserves the right to change the Charges.

Your payment will normally reach the Shree Raipur Cab Service account within two working days

Shree Raipur Cab Service is not responsible for any delay in receipt of Online payment due to incorrect account number or Incorrect personal details. The Shree Raipur Cab Service also cannot accept liability If payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit cards supplier for any reason

In no event will the Shree Raipur Cab Service be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any for all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
